Business Description: 

We CAN Recycle Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded as a way to make a difference on several serious issues facing Houston, America and our planet.

Our mission is:
To reduce pollution and greenhouse gasses.
To raise awareness about the importance of recycling.
To promote recycling as a way to reduce the strain on our landfills.
To provide a vehicle to help needy and abused animals in our area.
To provide funds for tree planting and city beautification projects.
To provide support for other area non-profit organizations.

We are working towards a viable and sustainable recycling program for greater Houston area restaurants, business and multi-unit dwellings. They have a tremendous need for recycling and the positive environmental impact they can make is enormous.

How we contribute to a greener Houston: 
We specialize in recycling glass. But we CAN recycle almost anything! In 2009 we have recycled over 200,000 pounds of glass and 65,00 pounds of cardboard and paper. Every ton we keep out of a landfill saves Houstonians about $70 tax dollars, reduces pollution, and directly benefits the Houston economy by creating and sustaining green jobs.
